Meet the Founder
With over 14 years of strategic consulting and investment experience, Alyssa Arnold has quickly become a trusted advisor for female founders and entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the complexities of business and accelerate their paths to success. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Alyssa was immersed in entrepreneurial business development from a young age, gaining insights from her father's ventures in company builds, acquisitions, and sales.
Graduating with honors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Alyssa began her career at a large publicly traded energy company, later transitioning to smaller private firms before establishing her own engineering consulting practice. She is a Texas Board Certified Professional Engineer and a proud mother of four young children: Henry, Cate, Emma, and Chloe.
Alyssa founded ATex Energy Consulting in 2015, a strategic consulting and professional engineering firm focused on small to midcap businesses. Her knack for recognizing organizational issues and implementing efficient solutions has made her a valuable asset to her clients. In 2021, Alyssa expanded her influence by investing in over 40 early-stage businesses, leveraging her expertise to support venture capital firms and influencer agencies in developing diligence processes and investment strategies.
As a co-founder and operating partner of Pearl Influential Capital, Alyssa created SPVs to fractionalize investment opportunities for early angel investors, and successfully managed its acquisition to Cherub Investments. Now supporting as lead of SPVs on the platform. With the launch of Wildwood Growth Partners, Alyssa is fully dedicated to supporting small to mid-sized consumer businesses. Her approach combines strategic insight with a personal touch, ensuring your business thrives.
